Kromě deprese a úzkosti jsou u pacientů s HS časté i další psychiatrické poruchy, jako je bipolární porucha (prevalence 0,7 % vs. 0,1 % u kontrolní populace) (17) a schizofrenie, která je u HS čtyřikrát častější než u běžné populace (26). Podobně jako u deprese se i u těchto poruch předpokládají multifaktoriální příčiny, zahrnující jak biologické mechanismy, tak psychosociální faktory (18). Bolest je jedním z klíčových příznaků HS a významně přispívá ke snížené kvalitě života. Kvůli bolesti je u pacientů s HS častější užívání analgetik, alkoholu, kanabinoidů a opioidů, což často vede k rozvoji závislosti (27). Závislost na opioidech a alkoholu je v této skupině pacientů běžná a může dále komplikovat jejich léčbu (28). Léčba HS by měla zahrnovat nejen dermatologickou péči, ale také zohlednění psychického stavu pacientů. Včasné rozpoznání depresivních a úzkostných symptomů, stejně jako stigmatizace, může pomoci zlepšit celkovou kvalitu života pacientů. Dermatologové by měli být znalí v identifikaci těchto problémů a podle potřeby pacienta odeslat k psychologovi nebo psychiatrovi (18, 21, 29). Závěr Pacienti trpící HS čelí vyššímu riziku psychických problémů, především deprese a úzkosti, které mohou negativně ovlivnit jejich každodenní fungování a sociální vztahy. Včasná diagnostika, efektivní léčba a psychologická podpora jsou nezbytné pro zlepšení životní úrovně pacientů. Je důležité, aby se zdravotníci zaměřili nejen na fyzické symptomy HS, ale také na zlepšení duševního zdraví pacientů, což výrazně přispěje k celkovému zlepšení jejich kvality života. LITERATURA 1.
