Thanks to hormonal therapy and unique surgical conversion, the number of treated transsexual patients is gradually increasing. Gender dysphoria or transgenderism can be characterized as a feeling of subjectively perceived discomfort associated with a disagreement between the gender identity and biological sex. Compared to other diagnoses, there is only a fraction of transsexuals, but even these people can visit a dermatovenerologic clinic with their diseases. The case report describes generalized skin manifestations in an 18-years-old patient in the initial phase of hormonal therapy.
