Aesthetic treatment combinations are nowadays an integral part of dermatological practice. A properly chosen strategy allows to achieve natural and long-lasting results, as individual techniques target different skin layers and complement one another. The article focuses on how to combine and time botulinum toxin, dermal fillers, lasers, radiofrequency microneedling, threads, and chemical peels in order to achieve a synergistic effect while minimizing the risk of complications. Also discussed is the use of combination protocols in rosacea, acne, scars, pigment spots as well as in treating and preventing skin ageing. The key to success is an individual plan that respects the patient's needs and allows to combine different procedures safely and effectively. Modern aesthetic medicine is thus moving towards solutions that place emphasis on harmony, balance, and gradual improvement in appearance.

Keywords: esthetic treatment combinations, botulinum toxin, fillers, lasers, peels, skin ageing.
