Reticular erythematous mucinosis

Reticular erythematous mucinosis is a very rare chronic disease of the skin that is characterised by dermal mucin deposition. This article shows a case of 55-year-old male patient with histologicaly verified diagnosis of reticular erythematous mucinosis. The patient was examined in our clinic because of appereance of the erythema mainly on his body and thighs. First he was refusing any local or oral treatment buf after the erythema spread more he agreed with antimalaric treatment.
