Liečba atopickej dermatitídy

Atopická dermatitída je chronické zápalové ochorenie kože s multifaktoriálnou etiológiou. U väčšiny pacientov začína v detskom veku, u časti pacientov pretrváva do dospelosti. Cieľom terapie je predĺžiť remisiu. Terapia atopickej dermatitídy je komplexná. K dispozícii máme v súčasnosti široké spektrum možností topickej, fyzikálnej a sytémovej liečby. Výber terapie zohľadňuje fázu ochorenia, závažnosť atopickej dermatitídy a individuálnu preferenciu pacienta.

Treatment of atopic dermatitis
Atopic dermatitis is a chronic inflammatory skin disease with a multifactorial etiology. In most patients, it begins in childhood, in some patients it persists into adulthood. The goal of therapy is to prolong remission. The therapy of atopic dermatitis is complex. We currently have a wide range of topical, physical and systemic treatment options available. The choice of therapy takes into account the stage of the disease, the severity of atopic dermatitis and the individual preference of the patient.
