Skin and wound infection in diabetics

A number of diabetic patients grows every year. That is the reason why the number of diabetic patients visiting dermatology clinic grows

as well. This article points out specific features of skin infection in diabetics in an effort to increase efficiency of dermatology treatment.

A special attention is paid to the problem of diagnosis and treatment of diabetic foot infection, since only early and complex treatment

may be successful.
