Kosmetologické aspekty v dermatologické zevní terapii (Historicky vývojová závislost dermatologie a kosmetiky;
- a jejich uplatnění v praxi)

Společným a trvalým cílem profesionálního úsilí dermatologů a kosmetiků je udržení optimálního funkčního a vzhledového (estetického)
stavu kůže. Dermatologie postupně přizpůsobila parametry léčebných prostředků a metod – jak v léčebné praxi, tak v úsilí
o udržení estetického vzhledu léčené kůže, parametrům kosmetologickým. Kosmetologie si vstřícně uvědomila, že pozitivní mezilidské
signály spočívající významně na estetickém vzhledu kůže – může vydávat jen kůže zdravá a přizpůsobovala své prostředky a metody
požadavkům dermatologickým. Dermatologie používá pro své léčebné účely zevní léčiva – dermatologická externa (pharmaceuticals).
Kosmetologie užívá svůj sortiment kosmetických přípravků (cosmetics). (V tomto sdělení není pojednáno o kategorii dermatologických
a kosmetologických metod porušujících integritu kožních struktur – o dermatologii a kosmetice korektivní). V současné době vzniká
nová kategorie tzv. Zdravotnických prostředků (dermatologik), která představuje některé přípravky z kategorie lékařské kosmetiky,
které bude možné používat v rámci léčebné úpravy a rehabilitace poškozených funkcí a struktur kůže v důsledku kožního onemocnění.
Legislativní normativy a požadavky na tyto „Zdravotnické prostředky – dermatologika“ jsou dále uvedeny.

Contemporary valid legislative standards and their application in professional practice)
The maintainance of good function and condition as well as of aestetical appearance of skin represents a common and permanent aim
of dermatologists and cosmetics. The modern methods of dermatological topical treatment makes not only therapeutic effect but also
synchroneous modification of an aestetic appearance of the skin surface. From cosmetic point of wiew it is well known, that the positive
interpersonals “signals” is able to emit only a healthy skin. Dermatology uses topical preparations s. c. “PHARMACEUTICALS” for dermatological
treatment: Cosmetology uses an own assortement of cosmetic preparations s. c. “COSMETICS.” (This article does not deal with
the category of dermatological and cosmetological methods disturbing the integrity of the skin structures in corrective dermatology
and cosmetology). Recently a new category of European Standard – “Medical devices for human subjects” arises, which represents some
remedies suitable as auxilliary remedies in treatment or rehabilitation of some skin diseases. This European Standard shall be given the
status of a national Standard by August 2011.
