Imiquimod in management of actinic keratoses

Case report of 74 years old patient with actinic keratoses on head and temporal region skin. Patient has repeatidly been treated with the use of cryotherapy resulting in mild efficacy and persistent recurrences. Topical imiquimod treatment approach resulted in significant efficacy and remission.
